You can also have an order delivered to a PostNL collection point (‘Pakjegemak’ location). ONE-DC will then deliver the order, also on a drop-ship basis, to one of the more than 2,400 PostNL collection points. With so many locations, there’s always a PostNL collection point near you or your customer.

• Collection of the parcel when it’s convenient for you
• Choose from more than 2,400 locations across the Netherlands
• Many collection points are also open at night
• No need to wait for the postman
• Privacy (neighbours / housemates)
• Attention: The maximum storage period for a package at a PostNL collection point is 7 days.

Please note You must enter the name of the person who will collect the parcel from the PostNL collection point. This person should be able to show a valid ID at the PostNL collection point in order to be able to receive the parcel.

How does it work?

• Choose the option ‘collect from a PostNL collection point (Pakjegemak)’ under ‘Delivery address’
• Click on the button ‘Location finder’
• Enter the desired town/city or zipcode and a street name if necessary
• On the map you will now see the PostNL collection points in the area
• Select the desired location and place the order as usual

It is also possible to use Pakjegemak in combination with our API interface. You can implement PostNL collection (previously PostNL Pakjegemak) on your own website. For this you need to incorporate a location finder in your website.
