You can also have your orders delivered to a DHL Packstation (only available in Germany). An order sent to a German Packstation or German post office is always sent with DHL.

During the order process you will automatically be offered the option to ‘deliver to a DHL Packstation’.

Required details

If you would like to have your order delivered to a Packstation or post office, you will require a DHL PostID. You will receive this from your end customer. You should fill in this PostID when placing the order.

It takes between 1 and 2 business days to deliver to a Packstation.

The order did not arrive at the chosen DHL pickup point. What now?

The order is sent to the DHL pickup point that is indicated in the order confirmation. Please contact our customer service department in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived at the chosen location.
