In your account, under ‘My Overview’, you will find the link ‘My Invoices’. If you click on this link, you will see all your invoices. Given that many of our orders are drop-shipped and go directly to end customers, we don’t send purchase invoices with the parcels. You won’t receive the invoices by post, but you can download them via your administration module.

Invoice

Invoices are created automatically for every order. On every invoice you will find the invoiced items with VAT amount (where applicable). You can download invoices individually or by time period via your Invoice Summary. If you wish, you can export the invoices, for example for use in a financial software package.

Credit note

Should an amount be credited to you, you will find the relevant credit note in your Invoice Summary.
